About the Restoration Project

The Restoration Project is an initiative by White Mountain Apache Behavioral Health Services (ABHS). As part of its mission to improve the quality of life for Tribal members and individuals and families who are residing on the Fort Apache Reservation, ABHS provides opportunities for youth to participate in community service and learn traditional skills. The initiative is designed to help prevent substance use, improve mental health, and better connect youth to their heritage and community.

For medical emergencies, such as an overdose, call 911 immediately. For other immediate health emergencies, call White Mountain Apache Behavioral Health Services (ABHS) at 928.338.4811. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800.273.8255 is also available if needed.

ABHS provides multiple services to address the needs of the members of the White Mountain Apache Tribe and of those living on the Fort Apache Reservation.
